• •Address potential Safer Gambling and affordability concerns
• •Encourage the use of Safer Gambling tools
• •Request Source of Funds clarifications and evidence
• •Evaluate customer responses using judgment and analysis
• •Apply risk mitigation controls in a timely manner
• •Implement loss limits, deposit limits, and account closures
• •Maintain documented audit trails of decision making
• •Handle sensitive information following data privacy requirements
• •Collaborate with the internal AML team
• •Share best practices and process improvement ideas
