  • Support studio and investment teams in talent acquisition
  • Expand knowledge base on expansion models and process templates
  • Develop ESOP guidelines and performance management practices
  • Implement tech recruiting strategies and employer branding
  • Translate business plans into talent and people strategies
  • Step in on urgent and critical tasks as needed
  • Set standards for AI and automation in venture development
  • Build scalable tools and workflows for talent acquisition
  • Work with founders on growth and cost-cutting initiatives
  • Support first hires and team scaling efforts
  • Design and lead mission-critical projects
  • Collaborate with studio and investment teams on projects
  • Work closely with founders and leadership teams
  • Expand ecosystem of venture development partnerships
  • Engage with recruitment partners and employment lawyers
