Anforderungen

  • English fluency
  • 2+ years as technical individual contributor (data scientist or software engineer) on AI-based products
  • Proven experience in AI/ML product implementation with APIs, back-end and front-end interfaces
  • Experience in Fine Tuning LLMs, advanced RAG or agentic use cases
  • Deep understanding of ML and LLM concepts and algorithms
  • Strong technical coding skills in Python
  • Strong communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Contribution to open-source projects, especially in LLMs
  • Experience as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager
  • Experience with deep learning using Pytorch

  • Contribute to open-source codebases
  • Participate in pre-sales calls
  • Understand client needs and challenges
  • Provide technical guidance on products
  • Explain Mistral technologies to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and science teams
  • Improve product and model capabilities based on feedback
