- Degree in economics, accounting, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounting (3-5 years) with Polish entities
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards
- Analytical thinking and grasp of financial data
- High level of ownership and responsibility
- Structured, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage fast-close processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with common accounting software
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Polish
Aufgaben
- Support accounting operations
- Contribute to financial process improvement
- Manage accounting processes for international subsidiary
- Collaborate with local advisors and external service providers
- Prepare monthly group reporting
- Coordinate intercompany transactions
- Meet challenging deadlines
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Work with tax advisors
- Manage annual external audit
- Serve as key contact for local teams and Group Consolidation Team
- Ensure financial data supports business decisions
- Lead transition of accounting functions from external to in-house
